Project1 – New forms of input
Using the project grid we have determined that our

• Context is cultural
• Input source is RSS - http://pipes.yahoo.com/pipes/
• Location is public space

We have discussed some possible ideas and concepts, however due to the fact that we have so many ideas it is hard to single one particular idea. Following is a brief overview of a few examples.
With your feedback tomorrow, we will develop and discuss them further towards our final idea.

Twister mat
Interactive mat-like object designed to get the user interacting with their whole body, rather than restricted solely to the “typically used” hand.

Mood Data
The input component expresses your emotions by using colour or other variables.

Data Combinations –keyboard locks
A method, which uses more than 1, intended action to enter text that doesn't involve typing each character directly.

Voice –‘ voice activated’ inputs affect the user-generated content
1. Pitch/tone/volume of the voice
2. The microphone as mouse.
3. Create a visual interpretation of the syllables in your spoken word.
